How can authorities at all federal levels share their data?

Our customer's vision: to improve cross-authority collaboration in the spirit of “networked Swiss administration”.

The basis for this is Linked Data - a technology with which data can be easily related to one another. This lays the foundation for cross-agency, electronic collaboration. Finding information is simplified and accelerated. This increases the efficiency and productivity of administration and business.

The central data hub LINDAS – Linked Data Service – enables the networking of structured, standardized information from and about authorities at all federal levels.

  • Technology analysis and recommendation
  • Development of an information model for networked administration in Switzerland (eCH-177 – www.ech.ch)
  • Creation of the strategy, goals, concepts and architectures
  • Advice on the implementation of the LINDAS data hub as part of a pilot project
  • Presentation of the benefits using various showcases for different target groups

As a central e-Gov service, LINDAS overcomes technical, organizational and administrative boundaries. The data hub creates synergies for everyone involved: from the data owner to the data user to the consumer. Today, the Swiss Federal Archives are responsible for LINDAS and the new Linked Data Platform project.
